We want to thank Ben Banton for all his help in selling our property. It was Ben who inspired us to instruct Curchods in the first place, having met him when viewing a property. We were under offer with a different agent at them time, but that sale eventually fell through. Things weren't really moving with the other agent, but Ben often called us to check in on our situation and even offered some useful tips. It got to a point where we decided to try a fresh approach with a different agency, and Curchods were our first thought, because of Ben's diligence. Fast forward to now, we've sold our property through Curchods and are moving into our new home. Throughout the process Ben has been brilliant.
