I asked Pippa to help with the rental of my late Mothers house which needed updating. Pippa advised me what to spend money on and what needed a coat of paint to get the house in the best place possible to achieve the best rental value. Once photos were taken and the house was available for viewing Pippa kept me updated every step of the way. Within two weeks I had secured a lovely family to rent the house.
