Sewell & Gardner have been excellent throughout the sale of our flat on the Byewaters. I met with a few agents before deciding to go ahead with Sewell, as I felt they were a good match for our property, their brochures looked professional and I very much liked all the staff I met at the Ricky and Croxley offices. Tyler managed the (frustrating!) exchange and kept on top of the solicitors, other agents and buyers and we couldn't have done it without him. He is friendly, down to earth and efficient and I would highly recommend him and these agents to anyone! I'm so glad we chose Sewell....thank you to everyone :-)

We recently sold our house in Croxley Green and we were so pleased that we chose Sewell and Gardner. Tyler and Chris were highly professional and we felt they genuinely cared about the sale of our house. Nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely efficient throughout the process. We would highly recommend using Sewell and Gardner.
We finally exchanged yesterday and Sewell & Gardner have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish with the sale of our house! David, Tyler, and the rest of the team have been professional and great to deal with throughout the whole process (and it's been a long one - Tyler knows my mobile number off by heart!!) We've had some tricky times but S&G were 100% there to get us over the finish line. Thank you so much guys!

High quality service for our house sale
Although our house took some time to sell, we never really doubted during the process that Curchods were the right agent in this area to deliver it. In particular our main focal point, Jake Wood, was excellent. Unfailingly proactive + quick to obtain and give meaningful feedback on viewings. Always gave us confidence that he was "on the case" for us.
I've just completed a sale through the Croxley office and would like to say that it's been a very smooth and trouble-free process. I've been particularly impressed with the level of professionalism and communication. From the start, the information and advice they gave me was unbiased and always in my best interests. They gave me realistic valuation and timescale information and were knowledgeable about the local area and current market conditions. The regular update discussions were helpful and re-assuring. A very friendly and professional team. (They also make a good cup of tea).
