I used Curchods for purchasing a house in Hersham, moving from London. The purchase had a chain of ~6 properties and I have to say my experience was that Sean at Curchods was by far the most professional, experienced and positive influence on this. From a personal point of view he was always available with updates (usually proactively, but always returning calls). His insight and calming words around the process were also incredibly useful. We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser!
