I can honestly rate this as the best viewing experience I have had in my entire (quite extended) renting history. Ryan Armitage from Redbrick Properties handled the viewing with such passion, patience, friendliness, evident support and genuine understanding that has distinguished him by far from any other lettings negotiator I have ever had. He was well prepared and well informed with regards to the property and even took time to point me to the roads leading into town when I mentioned I did not drive. I came once on my own and once with a friend and had a delightful experience both times. Coincidentally, I had a viewing negotiator from Redbrick Proerties about five years ago who was also called Ryan and was also very good but this Ryan is off the charts. Just who you need when you are anxiously looking for a new place to call home. I would highly and readily recommend Redbrick Properties above any other.

Came into the letting agents this morning with an urgent request I needed dealing with and the team were very welcoming and helpful, Becky went through my query with me and got everything sorted for me very qucikly which was super helpful.

Redbrick agency got back to me regarding the property i enquired about and accommodated to my availability very quickly with a remote viewing as I could not attend in person. Ryan took me through the property over facetime and was very thorough in showing me all angles as well as answering any and all questions. Ryan was kind, knowledgeable and understanding and followed up quickly after and has remained easy to reach since. His colleague Toni has also been great at communicating and getting steps organised quickly and efficiently.

Recently viewed a property in Leeds and Toni was SUPER lovely! She answered every question we had and was extremely knowledgeable about the property.
