Graham delivered on time and kept to his word. Always willing to share his opinion, I felt he went above and beyond to help both buyer and seller. At times, perhaps a little more diplomacy would have got a more favourable result from certain parties associated with the sale, however I am confident that his ability to be direct and to the point was a factor in getting the deal done so quickly. Credit to him and the rest of the Curchods team for their work.

Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser! Warren comments “I have worked in the town since 1991 and having been schooled in neighbouring Shepperton, I bring a wealth of local knowledge to an expert team which have been with me for nearly a decade. We are also very active in the local community as supporting the grass roots development within the sporting arena is a passion and a keen interest of mine and my team. My children have been schooled locally and we continue to support and sponsor the local schools. Having also played cricket for Walton Cricket Club, we are proud to continue to be their principal sponsor as well as sponsoring Elm Grove Colts Football Club.
