79 High Street, Walton on Thames, Surrey, KT12 1DN, South East, UK, KT12
We bought a house from the Walton branch of Curchods, the communication was very good throughout, they were bold and ambitious with the initial chain and equally were tough when the chain started to flex. We always felt in safe hands and I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend the branch.

Curchods continue to be the most effective selling agent in Walton-on-Thames for one very good reason – our Resident Partner, Warren Fraser MNAEA and his team which have over 150 years’ experience in the industry between them. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser! Warren comments “I have worked in the town since 1991 and having been schooled in neighbouring Shepperton, I bring a wealth of local knowledge to an expert team which have been with me for nearly a decade. We are also very active in the local community as supporting the grass roots development within the sporting arena is a passion and a keen interest of mine and my team. My children have been schooled locally and we continue to support and sponsor the local schools. Having also played cricket for Walton Cricket Club, we are proud to continue to be their principal sponsor as well as sponsoring Elm Grove Colts Football Club. With a combined 150 years of property experience, myself and my team pride ourselves on providing a first class service to all of our clients to help them find their dream home.
