Su Best The Trusted Agent 1 November 2016

Excellent and Friendly Service experience!

We have recently sold our property and purchased our new property through Curchods Walton, it has been a wonderful experience. Everyone in their team has worked so hard to help us, they were determining to make thing come true, without them working all these extra miles we wouldn't have completed our moving plan and got our dream home. A special thanks to their team members, Sean and Tony, thank you so much and all the extra help. Many thanks. regards Su and Steve

Curchods continue to be the most effective selling agent in Walton-on-Thames for one very good reason – our Resident Partner, Warren Fraser MNAEA and his team which have over 150 years’ experience in the industry between them. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser! Warren comments “I have worked in the town since 1991 and having been schooled in neighbouring Shepperton, I bring a wealth of local knowledge to an expert team which have been with me for nearly a decade. We are also very active in the local community as supporting the grass roots development within the sporting arena is a passion and a keen interest of mine and my team. My children have been schooled locally and we continue to support and sponsor the local schools. Having also played cricket for Walton Cricket Club, we are proud to continue to be their principal sponsor as well as sponsoring Elm Grove Colts Football Club. With a combined 150 years of property experience, myself and my team pride ourselves on providing a first class service to all of our clients to help them find their dream home.
