Very happy that we chose Inhouse to sell our property. We had several estate agents view our house. Decided to go with Inhouse as they have good local knowledge with in my view better photos of the properties on websites. My confidence was quickly rewarded with selling the property within 48 hrs and at a price other estate agents said was unlikely. Inhouse team were at all times responsive, approachable and professional.

In House were the agents selling the property. Always very helpful and helped out a lot in what was a difficult process. Everyone I spoke with or met during house viewings etc were very professional and very nice.

In house had done an excellent job of managing the rental of my house so when I decided to sell they were the natural choice. Everyting went well with the sale being completed within 4 months at the asking price . The only negative point was someone, presumably with their consent such as a surveyor, left the patio door wide open on a visit.

Good experience so far, our agent was willing to do a virtual viewing for us and has been prompt on sorting out issues.

Helpful and supportive approach made the whole process feel more manageable.
