Let my house through In_house very recently. They have handled things smoothly and efficiently, and Jo in particular has been great all along and a pleasure to work with. I used some of their recommended workmen to get the house sorted ready for letting and found them to be good value and to do a decent job. Definitely a recommendation based on my experience so far.
