We have been looking for a house for a while and we have found Jacob to be very friendly and proactive. Sadly, we found a property advertised with another local estate agents who do not demonstate the high standards we have experienced through Karl Tatler and more specifically Jacob. We cannot recommend Alex, Hannah and the whole team at Tatler, Wallasey branch enough. They were absolutely amazing with our house sale and purchase, from helping us to present our house perfectly to setting up an abundance of viewings and totalling 6 offers. Our initial sale fell through due to the buyers circumstances, but Hannah had our house back on the market within 2 hours, which led to 10 new viewings and 4 new offers, within 24hrs. Not only were the team fantastic with our sale, they found us our ‘forever home’ to move on to, negotiating and managing the whole process brilliantly. The team were at the end of the phone whenever we had questions, or simply needed reassurance throughout what can be an emotional process. The service and care they provided throughout and afterwards are second to none. I would never use another agent and always recommend Tatler Wallasey. We are one year on and are still in touch with the team, they go above and beyond. They’re the best in the business!

We were buying a property from sellers using Karl Tatler so we weren't actually their clients, but it was their Sales Prrogessor, Sarah, who really kept everything moving, was on top of all the moving parts of the purchase and chased people up when necessary. We were very grateful to have at least one person in the whole process that seemed engaged and proactive because our estate agent and solicitors certainly weren't! All of the staff at Karl Tatler with whom we dealt were friendly and professional.
