Our property is sale agreed at the moment. I have been asked if I can provide a Google review of my experience with the Liscard Office so far. I've been very happy with the efforts of everyone I've dealt with there, specifically Jack Beevers, Hannah Naughalty and Hannah Wilkinson. Your professionalism and keeping in touch when needed has helped ease this stressful process. Hannah N, your photography is as good as ever. I can't complete the review without a couple of negatives of other offices. The original photos, taken by a member of the Moreton office, were very poor and had to be redone. Unfortunately over 900 people viewed the property with the original photos and I can't help feel that impacted viewings and therefore potentially sales value. 2 confirmed viewings from 490+ circulations in the first week feels like a poor return. The listing was only submitted to me for review, by the Heswall Office, after the property had been published on Karl Tatler and Rightmove websites. These negatives were possibly a result of people shortages due to summer leave and holidays.

I have dealt with both Hannahs at the Wallasey office. I have found them both very professional and yet extremely friendly and approachable.I would highly recommend.
