Iv had dealings with the Wallasey branch, specifically Daniel Craven, I have to say Daniel has always been prompt to my calls or emails and negotiations in general have been very professional, all of which is basic you would think but in my experience with other estate agents falls really short.So far then all good and would definitely recommend its 4 stars now only because early days however if all continues as above I'll be 5 stars on completion

I was looking for a bungalow in my local area one came up and was immediately sold before the paint on the for sale sign was dry. Are these properties sold prior to them being advertised. Do you need to register your name to for property these days. This company has a well presented business and I would sell my property with them.

We spoke to Karl Tatler along with other local estate agents, but the final factor that swayed us to Karl Tatler was a recommendation from a neighbour. The local branch manager came out to visit us and gave us all the information and details and shortly after agreeing to proceed with them the photographs & video were taken. There was one small problem with the video that went live in that the audio was not taken out to start with. We phoned to let them know and this was rectified and the lady who took the photos did phone to apologise. Mistakes happen but maybe it should just be checked. After that we were allocated Pippa who was lovely, kept us informed throughout the whole process, would always phone back if she missed our phone calls. The house was sold very quickly and the whole process has been so smooth. Once the property was sold we were allocated Di from the sales progression team to look after us. And again she was lovely, and great to deal with. Overall we would have no hesitation in using Karl Tatler and dealing with Pippa & Di again. Thank you
