Fabulous service from all the agents at Karl Tatler Wallasey . Was worried about getting the house valued and going to see a couple of properties as we needed to do it at our own pace and didn’t want to be harnessed every week about selling our home or buying a new property . We needn’t of worried . They send us relevant properties when they become available or if reduced in price via email. And they are relevant and only as and when. We might get a call every few months to check in. Due to the cost of living crisis and energy bills we want wait a little bit longer as now isn’t the right time to upside are home . All agents totally understand this and I spoke to Nick this evening and he agreed they will contact us in about 5/6 months when we have a better idea how the economy is. No pushy sales ! No Blags! Everyone I have dealt with has been professional and courteous. When the time is right we will definitely continue to work with Karl Tatler Wallasey .
