We were buying a property from sellers using Karl Tatler so we weren't actually their clients, but it was their Sales Prrogessor, Sarah, who really kept everything moving, was on top of all the moving parts of the purchase and chased people up when necessary. We were very grateful to have at least one person in the whole process that seemed engaged and proactive because our estate agent and solicitors certainly weren't! All of the staff at Karl Tatler with whom we dealt were friendly and professional.

The Wallasey sales team are generally great, we were a bit concerned after experiences with the Karl Tatler rental team but they have been supportive and professional throughout our house buying experience. They've been the most organised and professional of all the local agents we viewed properties with and have a designated sales progression team who chase everything up and keep things on track with weekly updates. We had a difficult year of house hunting, but Dan who was our point of contact was always happy to help, supportive and patient with us. All of our agent-assisted viewings went really well, they were always well versed on their properties and willing to enquire on any areas of uncertainty. We had been concerned when our landlord booked a valuation from the sales team, as most of the rental team had treated the house as their property rather than our home. However, Hannah who came to value the house couldn't have been more respectful. She was lovely and fully treated it as our home, encouraging us to show her around and being very mindful when walking around the property. Our main issue and the only reason it's not 5 stars was that we lost a few properties during our search primarily due to structural issues/work we couldn't afford, with only two of them having been sale agreed. Where we had walked away after offering but before a sale was initiated, we felt it was still counted against us and we did feel some initial frustration from their side. However, they still supported viewings and offers. Dan then worked with us to identify lower risk houses against our constraints, ultimately helping us to secure a house with no structural issues. Overall, I'd highly recommend the sales team to both buyers and sellers as the individual agents are professional but kind and very approachable. Having a sales progressor also takes away a lot of stress as a buyer, keeping things on track and helping to navigate any difficult re-negotiations or sale losses.
