We recently meet Sally, the branch director for EweMove for an informal chat and valuation regarding our property. After our initial enquiry we received a published book which we found really informative, Sally was very prompt and followed up quickly. We found Sally very helpful and down to earth. We were very happy with all the information she shared and would highly recommend her. We are planning on using EweMove when we are ready to market our property as we were very impressed with all they have to offer.

Well what can I say about Sally and Ewe Move! And the 5 star service you receive from start to finish. My parents, due to ill health made the really hard decision to move after 25 years from their beautiful family home, that holds so many memories. Keeping us updated on all matters , giving advice when needed and making us feel we were in great hands. Any issues that arose were dealt with swiftly and with the up most sincerity. We bought and sold with Sally from EweMove. As first time sellers, Sally made everything as easy as possible and supported us to get our house on the market, including excellent photos! We were able to contact Sally whenever we needed to and she always responded quickly. She was an advocate for us in a long chain, constantly following up with solicitors to make sure appropriate progress was being made and helped ensure we made it to exchange and completion. It we ever need to move again, we would 100% work with Sally and EweMove again.

As first-time home buyers, we trusted Sally to guide us through the process, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Sally misled us about the house title plan, which resulted in unexpected financial losses. Towards the end of the process, she pressured us to make payments by giving us false closing dates, clearly intended to cause panic and rush us into paying. Her lack of integrity and professionalism was evident, and it felt like she took advantage of our inexperience. We cannot recommend her services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable estate agent.
