As first-time home buyers, we trusted Sally to guide us through the process, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Sally misled us about the house title plan, which resulted in unexpected financial losses. Towards the end of the process, she pressured us to make payments by giving us false closing dates, clearly intended to cause panic and rush us into paying. Her lack of integrity and professionalism was evident, and it felt like she took advantage of our inexperience. We cannot recommend her services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable estate agent.
Reply from EweMove Walderslade & Chatham: Thank you, Satnam, for your feedback, which is always welcome so we can continue enhancing and improving our buyer's experience.
I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience working with Sally and we will reflect on your comments to see where improvements can be made.
Best wishes, John.
