It seems to be funny that sally has all the good reviews here, and known to be very helpful and nice? Can’t say the same for us! As first time buyers, she took advantage of us and misled us by telling us the house was a freehold when in fact it was a leasehold, none of this was not mentioned by her and it wasn’t till our solicitors found this out during the searches, so not until we had spent money to find out she’s misled us. On top of that, she was calling my fiancé late at night harassing him to send over the money and threatening she would put the house back up for market. Our own solicitors advised that in fact this lady is bullying us and I can guarantee you she was. Please do your research carefully with this company, sally isn’t as nice as the reviews make out, it was a blessing in disguise we found a better estate agents! In regards to your response John, you and your company aren’t sorry, I’m appalled at sallys behaviour and how you treat clients especially first buyers.
