Word of warning if you are thinking of buying through this estate agent then maybe think twice as they seem to allow multiple offers to be accepted on a house at the same time giving both buyers the run around to prove funds, only to be told our offer has been rejected for a lower offer as the seller has changed their mind. Further to that we have had two confirmation emails confirming our offer has been accepted including solicitors being instructed however that seems to mean nothing. If a property comes up with this agent again we will be thinking twice about using them.
Reply from Movenowproperties.com: Hello Steve
I am sorry to read your review and very saddened to hear you feel this way
As the office manager when you contacted me to book a second viewing we made you fully aware the vendor was reviewing an offer and we were just awaiting buyers proofs.
As you requested a second viewing the vendor was happy to accommodate this.
As a proud family run company we never have intentions of misleading any clients and are truely transparent with all the information given.
Again I’m sorry your offer was not accepted on this occasion however we would delighted to assist you in the future should you wish to purchase another property from us.
