Hi, we're Rob, Sally & William. We love being Estate Agents and helping people find a solution to their home moving needs. We've lived here all our lives and quite simply love it, there is not much we don't know about the local area so ask away and we will do our best to help! We have lived in and around the area all our lives. Growing up with our families then eventually meeting at Wakefield New College, getting married then starting a family of our own. We had a bad experience buying and selling a house and thought, "we can do this better!". Rob has held senior positions in the telecommunications sector working for some big corporate brands while Sally was a teacher and head of department in a local school. We needed a change though, and realised there is a huge gap in the industry for some honest, open and customer focused service. We have since utilised all the transferable skills we have developed over the years to create a fantastic local business, that people seem to love! We love what we do and nothing is too much trouble for our customers. We make ourselves available to suit the customers needs to achieve a great price for the seller and build great relationships with buyers. Our customers become friends and people we know will come back to us in future. The majority of our business comes from word of mouth referrals which says everything about us that you need to know!
