We have been delighted with the way this Estate Agent works. They are a small firm in numbers of staff and offices, but so very effective in practice. We liked the unique way they handled the sale of our neighbours property and that gave us the feeling that they would be right for us. Our property is rather individual and we felt it needed marketing by an agent that would take that into consideration. The valuation was accurate as we had plenty of interest with offers in line with that. The marketing proved to be spot on as it attracted cash buyers to view it. Not all the offers came to fruition, nothing unusual there though. Just the way things go. We were given sound advice and encouragement from the start and My Place In Cornwall did all the viewings despite our property being very rural, then they did all the negotiating and checks needed once we had offers. They carried on giving us the same level of attention 'til exchange and beyond. We can't speak highly enough of them. .
