Zarah has been very understanding of my concerns regarding the property I'm purchasing and has regularly chased up the vendors and contact companies when they have been very slow to respond (over a month). She has been very patient and apologised for inconvenience even though I've assured her that I haven't been frustrated with her. She certainly has excellent person to person skills. I believe your company is fortunate to have Zarah and if I was an employer she would without doubt be on my radar to recruit.
