It's said that moving house is one of the most 3 stressful things that we will ever do? Let me begin - We chose Manning Stainton in Wetherby due to their Professionalism, Costs and evidence of previous selling of similar properties. After 4 weeks we had sold (Cash Buyer). Who then waited for 3 months for us to find our specific property. 1st Buyer withdrew the offer - after 4 months due to the long wait and they could move very quickly into an empty property close by. Back on the market and sold again quickly (Cash Buyer). Pleased, but we are still looking for our special property in our chosen area that ticks off most of our boxes. During the next 5 months several SAD events took over whilst we were still viewing everything by now!!! I lost x 2 very close family members, which I confess affected my Mental Health emotionally in many ways. I had to file a complaint against another high street Estate Agent who did not follow or act in a professional way which resulted in us losing a property. We received a letter of apology. I hadn't considered that the Housing Market would/could change, with prices rocketing and the high demand for bungalows. Throughout this length of time I was never judged or made to feel a nuisance. Without the Kindness and empathy of your team at Wetherby especially James & Molly who could not have supported me more in any way. Molly contacted me on a regular basis to keep me up to date regarding my buyer! She was so friendly and honest that made me feel so much more positive after speaking to her. James was always approachable, he listened with concern and showed empathy when things just got too overwhelming for me. (Tissues at the ready) James/Molly I cannot thank you enough for your patience, kind advice/guidance when things got tough especially for me. You never ever made us feel a nuisance or were judgmental when we needed your input. Your ongoing confidence in us finding our perfect property was just so grateful that it kept us positive,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I hope your management knows how hard you both work, and they should be extremely thankful that they have you on their team. Your genuine, unwavering support throughout this entire journey has .............. resulted in us coming out the other end with our New Special Property now secured. Simply your the Best - and yes I have already told many of my colleagues of how good you have been.
