Manning Stainton have been brilliant - honest, diligent and proactive. Angela Murray in particular I would wholeheartedly recommend, but also Molly Dunn and Louise Smith. I dealt with several other local agents between my sale and purchase and there are definitely still the stereotypes in full force elsewhere, but not at Manning Stainton. Further addition - also wanted to add my thanks to Charlotte Pountney who has done an equally brilliant job with the post-offer/pre-completion admin.
