Within a couple of hours Chris had put the house on Rightmove. By 5pm that same day Reece Woodhall was showing the property to prospective tenants and within twenty four hours from Chris initial visit to the property Reece had secured a tenant. The entire process was made very easy by Reece, a very likeable professional competent and knowledgeable young man, who kept me informed throughout every step of the process, nothing was too much trouble for him. The tenant moved into the property two weeks after it was first marketed. The service that I received was excellent.
