I cannot believe how outstanding these estate agents were. They exceeded every single expectation we ever had. Our initial viewing was with Ricky and he fit us in for viewing right away. He was so nice, was not pushy with us at all just let us look around the property at our own pace, ask questions when we needed and he answered everything really honestly. Once we made our offer, Ricky was so helpful in keeping us informed and updated as soon as he had any update. He also did some chasing for us in the initial stages and again, kept us informed always. After the offer is accepted your file gets passed to a Sales Progressor and we had the pleasure of dealing with Donna Hickey and what a little angel she was. I’m confident the sale would not have completed before Christmas without her and we truly have her to thank for getting us in our lovely little cottage for Christmas – she responded to every single email of mine within half hour at most (and I know how annoying I am, I was emailing every hour sometimes), chased both sides for us and the seller and still kept a lovely, friendly manner throughout the process. We cannot thank her enough – never once did she come across as frustrated or rude even though sometimes I think we was all a little frustrated at points. She was incredibly helpful and really pushed it through for us as she knew both sides really wanted completion quickly – she never made us feel like we was annoying her with constant emails. We are so grateful to the team at Balgores and would 100% use them in future for any property purchases/sells in the area as honestly I don’t think we will ever find an estate agents with as much care, professionalism and competence as Donna and Ricky. Balgores Property Upminster Branch were excellent from start to finish. We were very impressed by how polite, caring and professional Christopher was from the initial valuation, marketing and thereafter.
