As soon as they started managing my flat there were problems with every task including taking 3 weeks to replace a heater. When I complained I had the property manager lying about my tenant saying it was their fault they hadn’t been communicating when they had. They tried to charge me £360 for rental insurance when other estate agents provide the first 6 months for free. They then found me a tenant but did not give me all the info on them, when I found out a few days before they were due to move in I had to cancel the tenancy as I felt they were a high risk tenant. If they would have given me the info from the start this would not have happened. They are now trying to charge me the ridiculous cancellation fee of £600 even though they hold £125 of my money. They are now threatening legal proceedings. I paid £180 for a electrics certificate and they have not sent this to me.
