2 years ago I rented a property from Balgores. I gave it a 5 star as they were amazing. 2 years later I needed to move as landlord decided to sell. I didn't find a property through Balgores unfortunately but not through lack of trying. Laurie is amazing, she showed me one property after another, but wasn't 'home' and we were on a tight schedule so had to look at other agencies. Not her fault, given time she would have found the right property. Laurie is amazing, patient, great listener and she clearly loves not just her job but cares for the tenants and their needs. She is lovely as is Hanna,both have been amazing in different ways but in 2 years I have nothing but good to say about this branch from renting to inspections. I can only hope the new agency measures up but I doubt. Excelente caring service, thank you Laurie, it's been a pleasure knowing you.
