The property i settled on wasnt in the end sourced via Balgores but the service i recieved from them notably from Mark Claxtin was the best of the lot. Mark sourced, listened to carefully and followed up each view intently and his service stood apart from the rest of the agents i dealt with, i just onky wished we coyld have closed a property together.
