Hi so another new tenant needed and Balgores were excellent in sourcing a new one , we were quite precise on who we would take for our property and Mark Claxton area letting manager was spot on in following our criteria and in only a week we had our tenant , could not of wished for more ,Thanks Mark and congratulations on your new baby boy , where do you get all the energy .
