Chris West is absolutely brilliant and a rarity in that he has a deep understanding of the mortgage and housing market but also is a really lovely person who 'gets it' - which is so important at what is a really stressful time in your life, especially in a market of ever rising interest rates! No matter what curve balls come throughout the process Chris was responsive, understanding, always looking for alternative ideas, and usually solved them faster than you'd think even possible.
