Suzi made swift arrangements to value my property, take amazing photos, create a listing and manage an initial sales process which lasted only 3 days! I have used smoothmove as a landlady since 2023 after my parents and grandparents both sold properties with them. They are helpful, kind and extremely knowledgeable in the world of property. They make it super easy to be a landlady and I trust them completely with my rental property and tenants. Any queries from me or the tenants are dealt with quickly and I’ve never had issues getting in contact by phone or email. I had a bad experience with a previous estate agent withholding important information from me so switching to smoothmove was a breath of fresh air with everything being so simple, transparent and in a timely manner. Jack has been brilliant with handling my property and I have total faith in him.
