Great. From stoke to north Lincolnshire back to stoke. Took care of my stuff all wrapped up multiple times. And the distance as well they covered with ease. He also liked how I was bilingual when I started counting the money in Spanish haha. Tipped them £20 each first time and a tenner each the second time. Not cos they weren’t as good but it was a new house so didn’t want fritter too much money away. Good company and good time keeping too.

Where do I start! Throughout the emotional journey of selling my mums property smoothmove where fantastic! Professional,helpful, returned calls quickly and at times a shoulder to cry on!! They went above and beyond. Down to earth, honest and patient when giving advice. I dealt with Kate, Corrine and Harriet mainly. But Emily and Haiden where also lovely and helpfull the times we spoke. Seems a lovely team.They sold the property in 2 weeks after advertised with multipule offers on the table. Two sets of buyers changed their minds after a week but smoothmove jumped straight back on it both times and sold it again within days which went to completion. Harriett was a star!!! Sorry for all my tears!! They are all just lovely, very approachable and know their stuff. Being local girls is also a bonus I felt. They kept me informed throughout.
