Simply no other company to sell your house with if you are in the M29 area especially. My mortgage advisor recommended an estate agent who valued the property higher and was probably the safer bet in keeping things all in one place, but Suzie's knowledge of the area and personable approach came across straight away which was extremely reassuring and I knew right away it was the right agent to choose. Which subsequently went on to pay dividend almost immediately as the house was photographed, published and sold - well over asking price within 7 working days. Can't recommend enough if you are thinking of selling give Smoothmove a call.
