Deborah at Maddison's is a truly dedicated estate agent with her client's best interests at the forefront of all she does. Extremely energetic, friendly and experienced, she ensured the whole "sales process" was made easy. She assessed the house, advisied a sensible price I was happy with, advised on how to present the house in the best possible light, and ensured the viewings were efficiently conducted to a sensible group of potential buyers. I believe she is the best estate agent in the south-east.

As buyers you.normally feel the agent is working entirely on sellers behalf, which is right, but felt they were on your side too. Integrity is everything in this industry and they have it in spades. They don't shy away from telling you news you don't want to hear,, call when they promise and in our case pushed our own sale forward which was seriously floundering.. My only regret was that we hadn't engaged Maddison's to act for us on our sale, we might have moved 18 months sooner. Deborah herself is very personable, clearly loves what she does and inspires her staff to do the same.

From the initial meeting it was very obvious that Deborah Richards from Maddisons Residential Estate Agency offered a bespoke and truly personalised service. Her initial report showed that she had really taken the time to assess the property and gave advice on practical changes that could easily be made to achieve the best sale price. Regular feedback from Internet and viewing activity is assessed and given which allows different marketing strategies to be undertaken if necessary. Maddisons actively sells property in a very professional manner. Outstanding customer service and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Deborah could not have done more. She kept us informed all the way through the process, acting not only for her clients but also for us as purchasers. She kept us in the loop as to what was happening all the way through our chain. We heard from her every week even if there wasn't much to report, which kept our minds at ease. She did far mor for us than our own estate agent! Even now, 6 weeks later we asked her to get some information from our sellers and she came back with the answer the very next day. Exceeded all expectations

Maddisons Residential are a brilliant estate agent. They provided us with a first class service and are a shining light in an all too often substandard and disappointing industry. Whilst we were simply the buyer, Deborah made us feel like we were her client. From the first viewing of the property she was friendly, engaging, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable about the house. She had taken the time to do extensive research and had answers to all of our questions. It really felt like she cared. She was very supportive and honest during the negotiations and helped us to secure the property quickly. The whole buying process ended up becoming very stressful due to complications further up the chain, but Deborah made sure that we were kept completely in the loop on a daily basis and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was resolved positively. I genuinely believe if someone else had been handling the process it would have collapsed before completion. The personal service and extra touches throughout (a gift of writing cards with our new address on them was a lovely thought) turned a very stressful process into what it should have always been - an exciting and memorable life experience. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Maddisons to others and in fact have already passed her details onto two family friends who are having trouble selling their properties.
