I have rented many, many times in my life and kings have by far been the best agent I have found 😁 Not only was I shown a property within 1 day, I was treated like a friend and I can't thank Matthew and Fiona for completing all the paper work, helping at every stage of the application and finally handing me the keys within a week! So impressed and I'd recommend them to anyone who is considering renting. Out of five stars I'd give them six 👍👍 Thanks again. I owe you both for all the help 🤓

An enormous thank you to Fiona, Melissa, Matthew, Belinda and Mike at Kings Estates. Their customer experience is second to none, every member of the team is so friendly, professional, helpful, responsive and they genuinely care about the clients they work with. Throughout my tenancy the team were always happy to help and no question I asked was left unanswered and I always felt reassured that the team had both mine and my landlady’s best interest at heart. The team at Kings Estates really are a prime example of exemplar service within the estate agency and lettings industry. I have been dealing with a long and complex probate situation which involved sale of a property in Tunbridge Wells. During this period, which involved several actions and enquiries, Gemma, Tom and all the staff at Kings have been a pillar of support and reassurance.
