I am glad that I chose King's to sell my flat. They are an estate agent that doesn't really feel like an estate agent. Their service is much more personal than that...... Property prices probably peaked in 2022, after which it was a case of carefully monitoring the market. Kings visited me a number of times prior to actually launching the sale of my flat. I appreciated their honesty in suggesting a realistic sale price. Once advertised we had four viewings in total of which one made an offer which I accepted. Although 2026 prices are inferior to 2022, the flat I have just made an offer on to buy is at a 20% reduction compared to what the seller paid in 2017, so it's swings and roundabouts..... King's Estate Agents has more of the feel of a family as opposed to a business. We stayed in touch by WhatsApp, phone and email during the selling process. Importantly response times at King's are very quick. This is what you need when you are dealing with buyer objections or questions. The buyer visited my property 3 or 4 times and no one lost their cool! I have dealt with 4 or 5 estate agents in Tunbridge Wells over the years and would rank King's as the friendliest and most efficient of all of them. Highly recommended.
