We couldn't be more grateful - Gracie was an absolute star throughout and kept us in the loop at all times. Without her, we would have probably lost it if I'm honest. She was so human, helpful, always on it and went above and beyond for us right until the very end. Gracie stood out and we'll never stop being grateful for her as I'm convinced we wouldn't have completed at this stage if it wasn't for her. Thank you Gracie!
