Kings Estates - Tunbridge Wells

We both sold our house and purchased our new home in the local area with the help of David and his team at Locksbottom. We discreetly marketed our property in the first instance but this was not effective so after a few months had it advertised through Rightmove and after a few weeks a buyer was found and a price agreed . Initially communication with Alan de Maid was not as we would have expected on the sale but this did significantly improve as the sale progressed . The process became complicated because the buyer had problems with the service provided by their solicitor and they had to change solicitors . At this point David really came into his own with daily liaison with the buyer and their representatives and keeping us informed of progress . As we were downsizing and wanting to stay in our area the number of properties available that met our needs was quite limited but David and his team were able to help us find the perfect property which we were able to move into on the same day we completed our sale. Overall we have been very pleased with the support we received from David and his team and would use them again if we were moving but have no plans to do so in the near future !
