We have dealt with Alan de Maid ,Locksbottom for nearly 30 years and throughout this time the now office manager David Hughes. We bought our property through him in 1997 and he has now sold the same property on our behalf 28 years later in 2025. Throughout this period he has professionally given us valuations until we finally took the plunge this year to sell. David handled the whole process with utmost care & patience, not only to us and our property , but also any prospective buyers , in what has been not the easiest year for sales and,in turn, buyers.
