I have just very recently sold my property with KMJ. I initially had another agent list my property but from KMJ’s local presence I quickly realised, they were who I needed. I initially met David, who was professional, polite and very much to the point. I was particularly impressed with his knowledge of the area and the building my property was in. KMJ quickly had viewings arranged and were consistent with giving feedback. We didn’t have the easiest sale but KMJ were there at any minute of the day to make it happen. Several times I wondered, had I used another agent, the sale would most likely not have gone through. The whole team were brilliant but I must say, Marc was exceptional. You can tell he loves his line of work and really cares for his clients. It has only been a week but I have already recommended KMJ to friends/family for the future. I’ve never left a review for an estate agent before but felt it was important to do so, if only every agent were as professional as KMJ.

We had a great experience buying a house with KMJ. We looked at a lot of houses in the Tunbridge Wells area and so met with a lot of estate agents. KMJ stood out as being genuine, personable and professional. They were super quick with communication and helped keep things moving along. We would absolutely recommend them.

KMJ were great, I went to register with the agent and looked at 3 properties on the same day, I ended up buying a house that day. Suzanne was brilliant and assisted through some of the complications as the process got a little complicated.
