Despite my house purchase being at the end of June, an exceptionally busy time due to the imminent ending of the stamp duty holiday, Suzanne, David and the team provided a very considerate, efficient and professional service throughout the process. The new sale completed in less than 8 weeks. My purchase was also through KMJ, a probate sale which always complicates matter.
