I have just very recently sold my property with KMJ. I initially had another agent list my property but from KMJ’s local presence I quickly realised, they were who I needed. I initially met David, who was professional, polite and very much to the point. I was particularly impressed with his knowledge of the area and the building my property was in. KMJ quickly had viewings arranged and were consistent with giving feedback. We didn’t have the easiest sale but KMJ were there at any minute of the day to make it happen. Several times I wondered, had I used another agent, the sale would most likely not have gone through. The whole team were brilliant but I must say, Marc was exceptional.
