We can't rate the KMJ team highly enough. They have been fantastic from start to finish. Katrina and Marc took time to get to know us and our home and could talk to prospective buyers with real knowledge of the house and area. The communication throughout was impeccable all the way from valuation to having an offer accepted when we were then passed on to Suzanne and the sales progression team. Suzanne made us feel like everything was under control! She was on top of communication with the solicitors, the buyer and surveyors and would follow things up before we would even think to chase anything. The thing we loved most about KMJ though was how, even though they have lots of houses to sell, it always felt like a personal experience and that they genuinely cared about the sale of our house.
