Great service just a bit slow with the communication however that can be understandable when busy.

I found ALL the staff at Belvoir courteous,very efficient and they managed all of the move-in aspects professionally. A couple of post move-in issues were sorted out immediately and effectively,most pleased..my thanks to all.
Unfortunately I’ve not had a great experience so far. Every issue I have had, for example, there is blocked guttering at the top of the building I live in, which causes water to pool outside my porch which I logged the weekend I moved in (end of January) and it has still not been addressed, despite the pooling water freezing and icing over, causing me to slip and fall over last week. It’s extremely disappointing and has put me off renting without going directly to a landlord in future.
This company should be approached with extreme caution. My family and I rented a property at 1 Homewood Cottages in Hawkhurst and, within a week, we noticed that there was a significant mould issue, with mould seeping through the paint. It was apparent that the landlord had merely painted over the problem and moved us in without properly addressing the issue. The landlord apologized and initially promised to fix it, but all we received a few days later was the cheapest dehumidifier available on Amazon, which predictably did not solve the problem. The landlord then resorted to injecting chemicals into the brickwork, claiming that nothing more could be done. Unfortunately, our 2-year-old son developed asthma-like symptoms and became seriously ill from the black mould. During an inspection in November 2022, the landlord told us that the cause of the mould was untraceable, and we should just accept it. In response, we purchased an expensive dehumidifier that ran all day and cost us a lot of money. When we asked about the running cost of the dehumidifier, the landlord asked us to leave the property. We were told that the landlord had merely had a change of heart and that it was unrelated to the mould issues. We couldn't blame the letting agent because it was unlikely that they knew about the landlord's prior actions. However, we now have conclusive evidence that they are complicit, specifically "Nathalie ," because the property has been relisted on Rightmove, and we know that another unsuspecting family is about to endure the same suffering.
What a joke. Called 3 times for an urgent matter and you get put through to a call centre Everytime! Who just take a message and pass on on?!
