Unfortunately I’ve not had a great experience so far. Every issue I have had, for example, there is blocked guttering at the top of the building I live in, which causes water to pool outside my porch which I logged the weekend I moved in (end of January) and it has still not been addressed, despite the pooling water freezing and icing over, causing me to slip and fall over last week. It’s extremely disappointing and has put me off renting without going directly to a landlord in future.

Dear Holly thanks for taking the time to write a review - I know the team has been working really hard to ensure that this issue is dealt with by the management company and I understand that contractors attended site once again on Friday and have advised that as the guttering repair cannot be reached by a ladder, they will need scaffolding. As such, the management company will need to obtain quotations and due to this would envisage the repairs will take place at the end of the month. I appreciate that the further delay is very frustrating but we will continue to monitor the situation and keep you advised.
