I was a tenant with Belvoir for nearly 5 years and found them to be very friendly and helpful, and prompt at dealing with issues. I was unlucky enough to have issues with flooding at my flat and they arranged all the repair works quickly and with minimal upheaval. The checkout process when I left was efficient and they offer a service to help move utilities and council tax over to your new address free of charge.
