The all round experience was second to none in terms of letting agents in Truro. Our agent, Cadan was really there for us and it felt like he was part of the family moving in. The care he showed and keeping us informed was excellent. Didn’t expect such quality service from one so young and I can see him having a very bright future in his chosen profession.

Moving to a new county is nerve-wrecking enough, but moving to a new town was incredibly overwhelming. The staff were very kind, and introduced me to a few towns that I felt I could familiarise myself. Also, due to my work commitments, I wasn't always available. They were welcoming to my mum, and we found the perfect rental home for me to settle in. During my stay, if I had any issues they were quick to respond, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. On moving out, Northwood Truro staff made it easy - no complicated papers, no fuss.
