What a brilliant team- as a first time landlady I was apprehensive. I needn’t have worried. They found a tenant quickly , and from day one took care of everything.They are professional,friendly and provide a top class service. Now we are several months into our new property, I thought it was time to write a quick review about Northwood in Truro. We had been hunting a house to let close to family and were on several agents books. Northwood were very proactive in helping us get a property to suit and Billie phoned us to say she had something suitable within a few days! Normally, having to chase other agents in the past for updates, this was a refreshing and pleasant change!! We went through the application process (as we fell in love with the house after Billie showed us round). It’s all very professionally done in the office and compared to previous agents the whole team were helpful from start to finish. Overall, my wife and I feel comfortable knowing that if anything goes wrong, everything is in place to get resolved very quickly (be it a leaky pipe or a boiler service). So big thank you to you guys and especially Billie for such a warm and friendly customer experience. Hope we are here for a long time. 😀😀😀
