This is a superb property rental and sale firm. Although I write from the perspective of a landlord, I am sure the same applies for a tenant. They have been scrupulous in finding the right tenant for properties, always carry out thorough checks, ensure the property complies with the regulatory requirements, prepare first class Agreements, give clear and straightforward advice and answer any query promptly. A special mention for Julie and Will and as well for Leanne who is responsible for drafting the Agreements. She provides an excellent service which many Solicitors would struggle to match. I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews for Martin & Co Truro as our experience so far has been excellent. My partner and I moved from overseas and needed a furnished place. After visiting a fantastic flat and going to the Martin & Co office later that afternoon to say we'd take it, our hearts were racing when we went in and heard our estate agent Julie on the phone to someone in London interested in the same flat. As she knew we were so interested in the flat she stalled the person and suggested other properties would better. When he didn't relent she eventually told him that we had walked in, that we had taken the time to visit the property so wanted to give us first option on it. Even when he offered to "double what they're paying" to take it off the market, she refused. We're really happy with our place and after hearing just how tough it is to get a well-furnished place in Truro, we are so thankful that she did this for us! Hopefully the service continues to be excellent all the way through until after ending our lease.
