Martin & Co have been excellent - we have received quick responses to all of our emails, repair work has been done within 24-48 hours and the moving in process was very smooth. Over all a great letting agent who offer a high standard of service.

Having found ourselves in a situation requiring a rapid move into rented accommodation and having been informed that it was not possible within the time scale required by other rental agents we were starting to despair. However we found Martin & Co to be remarkably efficient and were able to complete the relevant documentation and arrange everything with days to spare, which then gave us plenty of time to prepare. The staff were very helpful and kept us informed throughout the whole process and the experience was great and the service fantastic.

As landlords we have found Martin & Co efficient, approachable, competent and friendly. Having experience of another "letting agent" they do not have hidden charges. The service has been professional and they have been very reliable and nothing has been too much trouble. I met with Will Gentle of Martin & Co when looking for a flat to rent. I booked an appointment and was duly met at the appointed time to view a property on their books. The flat was as described in their literature and a tenancy agreements was arranged. All documentation was processed in a timely manner and without any complications. The handover of the property was completed without any fuss or trouble. The office staff complimented the excellent service I received. I have read the comments of some negative reviews and can only assume that Martin and Co have acted upon these and eradicated any problems, as I cannot fault the service I received. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin and Co to others.
