Extremely slow to respond, and also left properties on line that had been let months ago on various sites. Highly misleading

YOU WILL BE MESSED AROUND AND TREATED ABISMALLY . TRY A PROPER AGENT WHO IS NOT LINKED OR HIDDEN BEHIND A CHEAP BACKSTREET FRANCHISE AND GO TO AN INDEPENDANT AGENT..THEY ARE HORRENDOUS THROUGH AND THROUGH

The nicest thing that I can say about Martin & Co is that they are rude, unhelpful and incompetent. They forget to send papers, they do not respond to e-mails, they do not take the trouble to learn about the property that they are letting and they do not carry out a proper handover to new tenants. Also be aware that they are inclined to close the office during their stated opening hours which can result in a wasted journey. If you are a tenant then you have little choice but if you are a landlord then I would advise looking elsewhere.

Hi Muhammed. I am sorry to read you had a poor experience. We are governed by the law to ask GDPR questions so we dont have an option on that I'm afraid. Its also important that every applicant understands the referencing process and criteria so that peoples expectations are met. Its very disappointing for people when they come to view a house and then we have to refuse their application as they dont meet the requirements. Better to spend 2 minutes with you over the phone than waste your time (when we know people lead busy lives), showing a house that you then couldnt rent. I know we have now booked you a viewing so I do hope your review may change when we next speak. Hope you like the house you are coming to look at. Thanks

I paid the money they haven't explain that it isn't refundable, even if references wont pass, also have to go and ask for references by myself.
